1. Bring Your Device
Walk into our shop at #52, Rue 22G, Cap-Haïtien, Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM. No appointment needed.
2. Free Diagnostic
Our technician examines your device, identifies the problem, and explains exactly what needs to be done. This step is always free.
3. You Approve, We Fix
We give you a firm price quote. No work starts until you approve. Once approved, we repair your device and you pick it up when it is ready.

Good to Know
- Pricing — repair costs depend on the device model and the specific issue. We do not publish fixed prices because every repair is different. You always get a firm quote after the free diagnostic.
- Warranty — completed repairs carry a limited warranty on parts and labor. Ask our technician for the warranty period that applies to your specific repair.
- Data safety — please back up your data before bringing your device in. RichTech is not responsible for data loss during a repair.
- Turnaround time — most repairs are completed the same day or within 24 hours. Some repairs that require special parts may take longer; we will let you know upfront.
- Uncollected devices — devices left uncollected for more than 60 days after we notify you that the repair is complete may be considered abandoned.
